Ahmet Davutoglu mentioned that a new Constitution is needed for democratizing the country. Davutoglu tried to convince that despite the claims of the opposition, neither the President, nor him want to centralize all power in their hands and the adoption of the presidential system will not lead to the establishment of "tyranny" in Turkey.
